1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Only new productsThis includes products that are unopened in original packaging or have never been used
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at corporate@charmedream.com.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address and a Return Authorization Number.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

3. Refund Policy

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
  • If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund.
  • If the return is for other reasons, only the cost of the item will be refunded; original shipping costs will not be refunded.

4. Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made items and intimate apparel are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
  • Over 39% OFF items.
  • Orders over $200.
